These terms cover your use of the Radeon Agency Creator Hub. They are short on purpose.
Who runs it
The hub is operated by Oliver Niblet, a sole trader, trading as Radeon Agency. Contact by email only: [email protected].
What the hub is
A private dashboard for creators managed by Radeon Agency. It shows your TikTok LIVE performance figures, any goals your manager has set, agency announcements and events.
It is a way of looking at figures the agency already receives. It is not a TikTok product, is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, and has no connection to your TikTok account beyond displaying figures from the agency's own reports.
Who may use it
The hub is for creators currently managed by Radeon Agency, and for agency staff. Accounts are created by the agency; you cannot sign yourself up.
Your login is yours. Do not share it or let someone else use it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account under TikTok's own rules and to have entered a management agreement with the agency.
Where the figures come from, and why they may be wrong
Every performance figure in the hub comes from a report that Radeon Agency exports from TikTok LIVE Backstage. Nothing is calculated independently and nothing is measured by us.
The figures are a snapshot, not a live feed. They are as current as the most recent export, which is normally taken once each morning. If an export does not arrive, the figures stay as they were and the hub will usually say so on screen. Always treat TikTok's own figures as authoritative.
Two things worth understanding, because they surprise people:
- Figures labelled "L30D" are rolling 30-day totals. They can fall without you doing anything wrong — a busy day from a month ago simply drops out of the window.
- If you do not appear in a recent export, your figures will be older than everyone else's. The hub shows the date they are from rather than pretending they are current.
We provide the hub as it is. We do not guarantee the figures are accurate, complete or up to date, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of them. Anything that affects your earnings or your standing with TikTok should be checked against TikTok LIVE Backstage.
Availability
The hub runs on a single computer and may be unavailable at times, planned or otherwise. We do not promise any particular uptime, and there is no support line — email us and we will get to it.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Share your login, or use anyone else's
- Try to reach data that is not yours — other creators' figures, contract details, or the administrative area
- Scrape, bulk-download or automate access to the hub
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or break into the service
- Copy other creators' figures out of the hub and share them elsewhere. You can see other creators' handles and their 30-day diamond totals on the leaderboard; that is for friendly competition within the agency, not for publishing
We may suspend access if any of this happens.
Your content
If the hub ever lets you upload or write anything — a profile photo, a message to your manager — you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running the hub. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use.
When you leave the agency
If your management relationship with Radeon Agency ends, your access to the hub ends too. We will normally disable your login at that point without waiting to be asked.
Your historical performance figures may be retained after that — see the Privacy Policy for how long and why, and for how to ask us to delete them.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the hub rather than quietly editing this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
