Radeon Agency Creator Hub · radeonhub.uk · Last updated 20 September 2026
This explains what the Radeon Agency Creator Hub holds about you, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who is responsible
Oliver Niblet, a sole trader, trading as Radeon Agency, is the data controller.
Contact by email: [email protected]. There is no postal address — Radeon Agency does not operate from business premises, and email is the only way to reach us about your data.
ICO registration number: [PENDING].
What we hold
If you are a creator we manage
Everything in this section comes from one source: the "Manage creators" report that Radeon Agency exports from its own TikTok LIVE Backstage account. We do not collect it from you, and we do not read it from your TikTok account directly.
| Category | What specifically |
|---|---|
| Identity | Your public TikTok handle, TikTok's numeric account ID for you, and initials and a colour generated from that ID for your avatar circle |
| Performance, lifetime | Follower count, video count, like count |
| Performance, rolling 30 days | Diamonds, valid go-LIVE days, LIVE duration, Fan Club diamonds, Fan Club active fans |
| Agency relationship | Management relationship end date, relationship status, tier status, graduation status |
| Activity | The date and time of your most recent LIVE stream |
| Set by your manager | Any performance goals set for you, and notifications sent to you |
| Provenance | The date and time each set of figures was exported, and which agency manager account exported it. That last one is an agency email address, not yours |
What we do not hold, anywhere: your real name, date of birth, postal address, phone number, payout or bank details, and — unless you have a hub login — your email address. The Backstage export has never contained any of these, so the hub has never had them to store.
If you have a login
Not every creator has one. For each account that exists we hold an email address, a password stored as a one-way hash (we cannot read your password), a display name, a role, and a device fingerprint for each browser you are signed in on, so sessions can be ended.
An email address is held only for people who have an account. If you do not have a login, there is no email address for you anywhere in the system. The Backstage export has never contained one, so we have never had one to store.
Technical logs
The server keeps a short request log — which page or API address was requested, when, and the result. It is deleted automatically after 5 days.
It records an IP address, but because of how the site is connected to the
internet this is always an internal address from inside our own
server (they all begin 172.), never yours. We checked:
the log contains no public IP addresses at all. In practice it does not
identify anyone.
Why we hold it, and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Showing you your own performance figures, goals and progress | Legitimate interests — running the agency relationship you are part of |
| Letting your manager see the creators they manage, spot who needs support, and track renewals | Legitimate interests — managing the agency |
| Keeping a history of past exports so trends and comparisons are possible | Legitimate interests — the hub's purpose is showing change over time |
| Operating a login for those who have one | Performance of our agreement with you |
The figures are already ours, in the sense that Radeon Agency receives them from TikTok as your management agency. The hub presents them back to you; it does not gather anything new.
How long we keep it
| What | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Performance snapshots | Indefinitely, by design — see below |
| Server request log | 5 days |
| Imported export spreadsheets | 30 days |
| Backups | 30 days, then deleted automatically |
Performance snapshots are kept indefinitely on purpose. The hub exists to show change over time, and a deleted snapshot is a day that silently never happened — trends, comparisons and history would quietly become wrong rather than obviously incomplete. If you want yours removed, see Your rights; we will not pretend this is impossible, only that it is not automatic.
Where it is stored
On a single computer in the United Kingdom, owned and run by Radeon Agency. It is not hosted with a cloud provider, and the database is not copied to anyone else's servers.
Backups are written nightly to a disk attached to that same computer and deleted after 30 days. There is currently no offsite backup.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare — our processor
The site reaches the internet through Cloudflare, which handles the connection and the security certificate. Because they terminate the encrypted connection at their end, Cloudflare's systems can technically see the pages and figures in transit. They act as our processor and do not use it for their own purposes. Cloudflare operates globally, so traffic may pass through their equipment outside the UK.
Cloudflare Access also guards the administrative area. It sees only the administrator's email address, not creator data.
Nobody else
That is the complete list. Every font and script the hub uses is served from this site, so your browser contacts no third party to display it — no content delivery networks, no font services.
We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies. There is no third-party analytics on the hub. We use one cookie-equivalent: a token stored in your browser that keeps you signed in.
What other creators can see
Being honest about this matters more than making it sound small. If you sign in, you can see, and other signed-in creators can see about you:
- Your TikTok handle and avatar initials, as part of the full roster
- Your diamonds over the last 30 days, on the leaderboard and creator-of-the-month podium
Other creators cannot see your followers, videos, likes, contract dates, tier, goals, or any record of contact between you and your manager. Those are visible only to you and your manager.
None of it is visible to anyone who is not signed in. Signed-out visitors get the login screen and nothing else.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Show you what we hold about you — we will send you your records
- Correct anything wrong. Note that performance figures come from TikTok; if a figure is wrong at source, we can correct our copy but not theirs
- Delete your data. We will remove your login and your records. If you are still under management, some figures may be retained where we need them to run the agency relationship, and we will tell you exactly what and why rather than refusing outright
- Object to our use of your data based on legitimate interests
- Get a copy in a portable format
- Restrict how we use it while a dispute is sorted out
Email [email protected]. We will reply within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or call 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so in the hub rather than quietly editing the page. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
